Please review the terms of Affiliate Program:
- Contabo pays a fixed commission for every New Customer based on their Order.
(A New Customer is defined as a person or entity who was not a Contabo customer directly or indirectly in the past 12 months before placing an order. On the contrary, an Existing Customer is a person or entity who had ordered directly or indirectly a product in Contabo in the past 12 months.) - The commission is calculated based on the type of product ordered by a New Customer in the Order. The commission is due in the same amount regardless of quantity of the product ordered. In case of an order consisting of multiple product types (e.g. VPS S SSD and VPS M SSD) the commission is calculated based on the product type that yields higher commission.
An Order is eligible for commission if all of the following criteria are met:
- The Order comes from a New Customer
- We receive the initial payment from the New Customer
- The provisioning of the product has been completed
- The First Order has not been cancelled within the first 30 days
- The order doesn’t come from the participant of the Affiliate Program.
- Contabo does not accept cash-back, coupon and voucher sites to participate in the Affiliate Program.
